The staff are helpful and managed the parking nearby. the hotel offers big and fairly quiet rooms with a gorgeous view. - I am very pleased with the shower. - the breakfast is served in the restaurant. - the property is based close to the lake, which is great for sightseeing and exploring Dorio. I enjoy staying at this hotel when I'm in Dorio.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Daniella and Andrea, the hosts, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and customized to our liking. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the room was impeccably clean. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Lake Como. We highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The hotel was located close to a busy street and train station, resulting in a lot of noise at night.

We also appreciated the convenience of having a Carrefour express just a 5-minute drive away. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food that we highly recommend trying. The only minor drawback was that the double bed was made up of two single mattresses, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle. the room tended to get warm, but the owner provided us with an electric fan to help cool down.

I keep coming back because the staff assisted with my elderly parents. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, bar, outdoor dining, restaurant. Plus, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, beach access. Can't wait for my holiday!

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The antique-style wooden furniture combined with the modern decor gave it a unique and inviting feel. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The private entrance facing the picturesque San Rocco Church made it easy for me to come and go at my own pace.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more comfortable beds. Although I did have a good night's sleep, a gel or foam bed topper would have made my stay even more comfortable.
